Intermittent but can be persistent, entire desktop (whatever is open)
enlarges and lines flicker across the screen. If I minimize the open window,
I can sometimes move the small window to area on the desktop that will stop
the flickering. The longer I have the window open, the worse the flickering
gets and is constant. The minimized window is ok in some areas of the
screen. When I move the open window to the top or left side, the flickering
starts. Also, Control panel opens, then 'Not Responding'. Same thing
happens when I open My Documents from the desktop Icon.
I have SP2 and all update for Windows XP.
