For the past few months I get periodic serious error blue screens-
usually when the system starts up or has been running all day. I
recently started using hibernate, and I have less frequent serious
errors. My event ID showed 7023.

In the past, the error code has been BC code: 7a BCP1 Co7789980( more
numbers, but I haven't included them all)

Do I need to reformat or do a Dell restore?
