- small fonts
- Posted by DerrickT on October 7th, 2005
after going through with my internet image/pixel problem, and going through
the various procedures with the dpi setting from here...
http://forums.us.dell.com/supportfor...ssage.id=79881
....and getting that sorted out -- i have now noticed that the fonts are
eye-bleedingly small! after going through with those procedures, i noticed
that the registry instructions were based on the i8500 and not the 9300 which
is what i have, and now i am curious if that is insignificant or if it even
matters to begin with and can be based on any notebook.
either way, i really don't enjoy going into my hotmail and having to squint
when i want to type a new letter.
i'd appreciate any help with this!

To change size of fonts in IE6, on the tools menu do,
VIEW, TEXTSIZE
select Normal
and see if this helps.

hi, thanks for the suggestion, but after trying this, it made everything seem
far too "generic" and overly-large even with "normal"...i kept it on this and
went to my hotmail account and it was still the same size, so this didn't
help either. i appreciate your suggestions, though!
anyone else??
