I am unable to print or add printer, at bootup a error message appears when
opened "spoolsv.exe=application error= the instructionat "9x9a993c1f"
referenced memory at "9x6b71d3d8". The memory could not be "read" - click on
OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program."
HP tech spent the good part of today trying to resolve this issue but to no
avail.
Can someone help?

Hi, try unistalling and re-installing the printer drivers....
