- Standby/Hibernation
- Posted by MikeLloyd on March 2nd, 2006
Everytime I try to hibernate or put my computer into standby a little window
pops ups that says that the 101/102 key keyboard or PS2 natural keyboard
driver is preventing windows from going into stand by. I don't even use a
microsoft "natural" keyboard. Someone please help me.

Go into device manager, delete the keyboard, and reboot. The message you
are getting does not mean you have a PS2 natural keyboard, just that a
standard and a natural 101/102 key keyboard use the dame driver.

I finally got around to trying your suggestion.
It didn't work.
I'm still getting the same message.
