last night as i closed down the pc added and as it closed it updated 7
critical updates from yourselves. then it shut down then this morning i
started the pc it came up with cannot boot please insert system disc which i
did then it ran through it then came up with the dreaded bsod with
stop:c0000221 unknown hard error\system32\ntdll.dll
why did it do this is it the updates? i have called my pc co even thought it
is out of warranty by a MONTH! they told me to start it up and run the disc
then run chkdsk which i have left it doing! why did this appear in teh beg. i
have not installed no new nothing software hard ware Nothing... is it this
updates? when i go home and see the result they say start it up and get into
safe mode and turn it back but even IF it will let me surely then the ms will
install again wouls this happen all over again? some one told me to run
chkdsk/ f and chkdsk/r
