Startup opens all my program folders on start menu.

Oh boy, I did a huge boo boo. I had this one little thing that started to
open up when ever I started my computer. It said 'Programs" it showed a new
program and two demos I was trying out, Grove, OneNote and something else I
can't remember at the moment, since my brain is going into shut down from
trying to figure this out.

Anyway, I digress....

So I've lived with this a couple of weeks but now I'm annoyed by it. I go
into Doc&Settings/Users/startmenu/programs/startup and see if I can get rid
of it. So I cut the 3 programs, move up a level and put them in Startup, then
I try to delete the "Programs" folder they were in. Of course it tells me
that it's a Windows folder and that I can't do that. Well, I'm thinking it's
empty so I cut it and go up a few levels where there IS a Programs file and
paste it. Of course it tells me that all stuff with similiar names will be
deleted, yadayada. Well, there's nothing in the folder so I tell it, sure!

Well now everything is opening, utilites, applications so on and so forth.
But the intereresting thing is, if I go up a level it tells me it's in all in
the StartUp folder. Like it's made shortcuts of all this stuff. Cause
everything is still sitting nicely in the Programs folder and I still have a
buttload of memory left.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Please, pretty please? Thank you sooooo much
if you can help me out.

Go to start/run, and type:
"%userprofile%/start menu/programs/startup"

also open:
"%userprofile%/start menu/programs/"

You want all your stuff to be in 'programs', not 'startup'

Thanks Mark, but this gives me an error message, "Windows cannot find
C:\Documents" which totally dosn't make any sense.
