System Administrator

I discovered last night that I have 3 Administrators. One displays just
"administrator" and the other 2 have my name with the same number beside it
except one has three zeros out from the number. What has happened and how can
I get rid of them?

Duplicate profile folders exist under the "Documents and Settings" folder
