- system restore deleted all my info

I performed a system restore to take my pc back 2 weeks. Instead of
restoring, it created a new user account and deleted all the info from my
original account. I tried to un do, but it doesn't fix the problem. How can I
retrieve my old files including all of my microsoft outloock emails?
