Your registry is being corrupted on a regular basis.
Have you run anit-virus and anti-malware/anti-spyware apps?
It's more likely that your hard drive is developing some problems.
Check the hdd manufacturer's website for any diagnostic tools.
You can also run chdsk from a command line:
chkdsk C: /r
It'll most likely require a reboot, so the operation can be carried out
during the boot proccess.
