When I start my computer the taskbar is not visible. I tried to go to
control panal and change the settings but when I try to click on taskbar it
doesn't take me anywhere. Bare with me, I am new at all this. There is no
start button, I tried to put the mouse pointer at the bottom of the screen
but nothing happens. Can you help me out?
