- taskbar system error notifications keep popping up

Hello-- Every few minutes I get one of those yellow triangles with the
exclamation point inside popping up on my taskbar notification area. This
means it's a Windows system error happening every few minutes. When I try to
click on the icon it disappears. It pops back up a few minutes later. I
can't understand how to find out what exactly is causing the problem. Help?

I have run every anti-Spyware and anti-Adware program possible and it's still
happening.
