Yes, either manually or by using the "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard ".

Just go to the source Profile and copy everything except NTUSER.DAT and back it up or copy
to other media.

Then after the installation of XP is created, login as the user such as 'algae'. Then login
as another user such as administrator. Using the administrator account copy all the files
that you backed up to...

C:\Documents and Settings\algae { as used in my above example }
