- use of adam in winxp pro

has anyone used Adam (light weight active directory for developers) on winxp
pro Host along virtual PCs?
how much resource does it consume? what about performance impact? in
particular, I am debating if I should try on this AMD 64 +3700 with 2GB of
Ram and about 20GB free space left in data partition, 3 GB on C: )
