Ever since I installed my new video card, ATI Raedon 700, my computer has
been freezing a hell of a lot of times. Maybe twice out of every three times
I start it up. It has never frozen before I installed the card.

Are you asking for ... something?

Install the latest drivers for the card from the manufacturer web page?
Proper heat displacement?
All other updates for Windows (especially DirectX) installed?
Antivirus application up to date?
Antispyware ran?
CHKDSK? DEFRAG?
