- Win XP Pro - CTRL-ALT-DEL won't respond

I have an end-user's laptop here that has Win XP Pro and is on a
domain. When booted up to the "Press CTRL-ALT-DEL to begin" screen and
you press CTRL-ALT-DEL nothing happens. Any ideas?
