- Windows default folder icon

Something (i don't know what) has changed the default folder icon on my pc.
I cannot restore it.
I want the default icon back and the ability to open each folder within same
window.
At the moment each folder opens in a new window (even if I open the same
folder twice).
I don't know what caused this or exactly when it happened
I am running XP Home with SP2

- cursor icon reverts to default whenever it wants too (Help and Support) by Bad Hair
- cursor icon changes to default by itself (Help and Support) by Bad Hair
- Change icon of default icon (Customizing) by HenrikMM
