After scanning my pc, it appears an error (80501001) and doesn't remove the
spyware. Does someone can help me please!

Try downloading another spyware program, for example Spybot S&D or Lavasofts
Adaware. See if you get any errors with one of those...remember Defender is
still in its infancy...try going to the defender web here:
