- Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer freeze

My comp was freeze everytime after i install and update some programs. I have
run Kaspersky Antivirus 2006, Spyware Doctor, Ad-aware SE and Registryfix.
But the same problem is still exist. Please help.

Ken, you need to provide details on what those programs are, who makes them, and whether they are the latest available / have the latest updates.
Right Click the My Computer icon on desktop. Select Properties.
Next, select Advanced. Look for a block that says Startup and recovery. Press the settings button.
In System failure section, turn off (un-check) Automatically restart.
Write an event to system log should be Checked (selected).
More on program crashes:
See what Event Viewer has in it's log. Select Start button/ select Run , then type in
eventvwr.msc<enter>
-- or Go to Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance/Administrative Tools >Event Viewer.
Review the sections and look for Errors or Warnings that match the time the event occurred.
Double click---the information "may" give a clue.

Run "MSCONFIG". See the Services Tab. Have you disabled (un-selected) some Windows services?

Yes i had disable telnet , print spooler and other service thats not require.
It works fine in safe mode so i think this is not the problem.
