Everytime I open internet explorer my windows installer tries to install
something. I am not sure what it is or why it is doing it. I have to hit the
cancel button twice in order for my Internet Explorer to open.
Can someone please help me? I have had a few technicians try to help but
they have not been able to fix it.

If you can identify the app, this will cancel that.

Try looking at task manager, the task may include the app name in the title.
