- Windows Live Messenger - Where to Get Help?
- Posted by DavidM on December 9th, 2007
I have a problem with Windows Live Messenger in that it
keeeps causing my PC to reboot when, or shortly after I
login. I've tried deleting it, and it's database files, and
reinstalling, and running it my firewall and virus checker
disabled (but only briefly!) - still causes reboot.
I noticed that the advert pane at the bottom of the window
is frozen (no scrolling adds). May be relevant.
Any idead where I can get help or advice to diagnose the
problem? messenger-support.spaces is no help at all.
Thanks, David
