WinXP Desktop Browse button

WinXP Desktop Browse button: Posted by Kenn Kosnikowski on June 25th, 2008; (WinXP w/SP2) Desktop settings wallpaper browse button non-functional. Any
suggestions on repair, such as missing or corrupt system files? Other ideas?
