- XP client can't logon to domain
- Posted by tednov on May 16th, 2006
Greetings!
I have one XP client that all of a sudden cannot logon to the our W2k3
AD network. When attempting to logon the typical cannot logon to domain
error message pops up *immediately*. No delay what-so-ever. Normally
you get the slight delay for the PC to find the DC but this doesn't
happen in this case. Never had a problem before. Tried other user
logons, nogo. Nothing out of the ordinary in the event log.
Connectivity is verified good and all other XP clients logon just fine.
I'm at a lost here. Anyone have a clue on what may be happening?

Problem solved. I had the PC rejoin the domain and that did it.
