I have a brand new HP Pavilion dual core Vista Home Premium. I installed
Office 2003 Professional English. It works great. I tried installing the
Office 2003 Hebrew MUI and it says to install Office 2003 first and try
installing again. I tried installing from the CD and by copying the files to
the hard drive. Same result. I tried applying Office Updates and then
installing the MUI, no help.

What is the problem?
How can this be fixed?

What is the exact message you get when trying to install?

What is the source/name of the User Interface Pack you're trying to install?

If you look at the setup logs by going to
Start=>Run
%temp%
what is the cause it gives for not being able to install?
