Make sure Office is installed correctly, your e-mail program is set up
correctly, and you can connect to your e-mail server."
"Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network

Hi,
Click on Start, then Run and type "regsvr32 sendmail.dll" (without
quotation marks) and click "OK". It might be necessary to un register
sendmail.dll first. Click on Start, then Run and type "regsvr32 /u
sendmail.dll" (without quotation marks) and click "OK". If this still does
not work, manually rebuild the "Mail Recipient.MAPIMail" file in the SendTo
(c:\documents and settings\<user name>\sendto) folder.
If this does not work, delete the following key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\O utlook\Journal
Outlook Item Log File
