I was trying to reinstall office 2000 that came with my
Dell Computer. The following error message pops up:

Error 1408. Count not get sub key names for key
software\microsoft\photoeditor\3.0. Verify you have
sufficient access to that key.

please help. I called Dell and they say it is a software
issue. I just want to load this back on my computer.
