- Disable Word 2003 access Internet when pasting Internet content

The problem I am facing is that whenever I copy information from a website
and try to paste it in Word/Excel/Powerpoint, I am prompted for the username
and password to access the proxy.
I would like to know how I can disable Office from attempting to access
Internet when copy and paste Internet content.
