I receive the following error:

Error 1328 - Error applying patch to file
c:\Config.msi\PT128.tmp. It probably has been updated by
other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch.
For more info contact your patch vendor.
(the filename can vary).

Anyone have an idea as to what the problem could be?
