- Error 1402 on Office 2003 Professional

I get a registry key permissions error, the registry is
greyed out in regedt32.exe. Registry is
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\class\MimeDr.MimeDrIte m\CLSID
Is there a way to restore this key so I can go on with
the upgrade of Office 2003 Professional?
