- Error message calling dllregisterserver

Hello,
I upgraded my Office XP to Office 2003. I receive an
error message that an error occurred
calling "dllregisterserver" in "c:\program files\common
files\system\ad0\msado15.dd." (HRESULT=80070005).
I get several of these with different HRESULT numbers and
then my computer freezes. What can I do?
