- Error messgae on Office Professional 2003

While trying to install Microsoft Office Professional 2003 I get an error
message that says Error 2349. An internal error has occurred. please contact
Microsoft product support services for assistance. Can anyone help me try and
get this to install on my lap top. It gives you the option to retry, ignore,
or cancel installation and none of the three options work other than to
cancel the installation which is not what I want to do.

Dont know about O2003, but there were similar issues with O2k when using
Toshiba, Plextor or Compaq cd/dvd drives
You could try clearing your temp files, rebooting & retrying
