How do I install the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer as printer?

Hi Edward,

The MS Office Document Imagewriter is part of Office 2003
and makes use of files in Office 2003. You can add it
from the Microsoft Office 2003 listing in Add/Remove
Programs in the Windows Control Panel.
