- I cannot repair or uninstall Business Contact Manager

My computer came preloaded with Office Porfessional 2007. However, when I
finally tried to use BCM, I could not get it to work. I tried to repair it,
but after about 2 minutes of trying, it failed to repair. I then tried to
un-install it, but it came back with the message that the uninstall failed.
Any ideas?
