Like I said earlier I need a new certificate number which I have the original
software of microsoft office 2000.

Do you mean a PID to install it? If yes, then I don't believe Microsoft
still will supply it but you can always try:

Microsoft was still offering product keys for Office 2000 earlier this year.
They will *not* supply missing software tho.
