- Install Office 2007 using Group Policies, MSI and MST files
- Posted by Robert R Kircher, Jr. on October 25th, 2007
Has 2007 changed so much that you can no longer use GPs to deploy the
software like 2003? I sure hope not. I need to have the software both
assigned at the computer lever and in some cases published based on the user
and I need to customize the installation. This was simple with Office 2003
but 2007 seems to be different with MSP files instead of MST files and
multiple MSI files.
Can anyone offer some insight?
TIA
