This error will occur during the domain prep portion of the install if the
'Domain Users' group has been moved from the default location of the 'Users'
container in AD.

To work around this:

1. Move the 'Domain Users' group back to the 'Users' container and
ensure that this change replications to other local domain controllers

2. Attempt the install again. (You may have to perform an LCS domain
prep first)

3. After the install is complete you can move the 'Domain Users'
group back to its original location.
