Major computer hard drive crash. I lost the email with the product key for
Office Ultimate 2007 that I received when I downloaded the product from
Microsoft. I have the backup discs, but need the product key.

Any ideas on how I can get the key back from Microsoft. I'm sure they have
my purchase information.

If you backed up data then the email will be on your backups
You would need to be able to prove purchase yourself in order to obtain a
new key from MS
