- MICROSOFT OFFICE 2000 - patch packages
- Posted by Tony Birkett on August 14th, 2004
My hard disc failed earlier this week and I was lucky to
retrieve all my files to a new hard drive. Unfortunately
however, my Microsoft Office Small Business 2000 is
corrupt.
I have tried to remove and repair this software, but it
won't let me. I have also tried to reinstall it from the
CDs and it won't let me do that either. The error
message which keeps coming up is that it cannot locate
patch packages and to verify they exist.
I do not know what to do next. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Tony
