Outlook 2003 uses Contacts for email addresses - tell us what you did to
create these "address" folders.
If you created additional contacts folders, enable them as address books
using the right click->properties->advanced.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
After furious head scratching, Elliot Grossman asked:
| In office 2003 I had created several address folders to be used
| temporarily. When I deleted the folders under contacts I still saw
| the folders when I clicked on "To:". Also, I get an error message
| that "Contacts" cannot be found when I click on "To:". It does show
| up on the list after I click on the "Ok" button!
