Is it possible to use xml config file to modify the icon paths?

You haven't provided very much information to go on.
What version of Office, what icons are you wanting to move, etc in what scenario on what version of Windows, etc.

Its office 2007 enterprise version. I want to move the icons in the start
menu to a different subfolder.
