I am currently running Office 2002, I have just gotten MS
Office SB 2003. Can I install it over 2002 and maintain
my current files, or will it overwrite the files?

Any help would be appreciated.

Your upgrade should go fine. We did the same (with 2003 Pro) on some systems and all files were acessable after.
1. Be sure and disable any firewall/anti-virus software before installation
2. Before upgrade, back-up all important files and documents to your server, disk, etc..
Just in case there is a problem?
