Msinstaller starts itself while I navigate in IE6

Msinstaller starts itself while I navigate in IE6: Posted by jjpof on November 4th, 2005; Not sure if this is right forum

When using Internet Explorer the Msinstaller window sometimes pops up
and starts to install something - i don't know what as I cancel each
time.

Event Viewer lists the following warning

Detection of product '{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}', feature
'HTMLSourceEditing' failed during request for component
'{9E0B2BE1-DEDA-11D1-A17E-00A0C90AB50F}'
