We're just starting to roll out Office 03 using Active
Directory. In the case of two users Office programs will
not load.
In both of these cases the person can select a document
from Explorer and open it that way without any problems.
Her Icons into the program do not work and cause the
entire machine to crash. What we see are very close
vertical lines on the screen and we can do nothing at this
point except reboot the machine.
We are running DELL Optiplex 150's as machines.
