office 97 and office xp upgrade with windows vista

office 97 and office xp upgrade with windows vista: Posted by Angie on June 20th, 2007; We bought 2 new computers with Windows Vista Home Premium. We have office 97
and office xp upgrade for the office 97. I have no problem loading the
office 97 and the programs work. When I try to load the office xp upgrade,
it goes through the steps to install but when it gets to the point where it
is actually installing the program, it doesn't do anything. It does the same
thing on both computers. I have gotten all updates for windows and office.

Any comments or suggestions???

Is there an entry for \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10 containing
files? eg winword.exe
