I have got a brand new office enterprise 2007 DVD from microsoft. When put it
into DVD-ROM, at first it says that it is preparing install files. But after
a few seconds, an error appears; one of the installing files is missing and
it can't continue to install. My system is Windows Vista Home and i noticed
that Office Disc was made in Ireland.

What should I do? Is there any pack or software for this fault?

Since you most probably purchased this Office 2007 Enterprise through your Employer Home Program then you should contact the IT person at the company from where you procured it
