- Outlook with Business Contact Manager

Has anyone managed to configure Business Contact Manager to run under a
limited user account? I keep getting errors that the DB cannot be
created.
Administrator Account hasn't got this problem but I don't want to use
administrator account.

microsoft.public.outlook.bcm is the one group you missed.
