What version of Publisher are you using?

Did you begin by going to...File / Page Setup / Booklet?

This will allow you to add pages in groups of four...
go to...Insert / Page...to add more.

When you print...the pages should be in the correct order as you requested.

For additional info on Microsoft Publisher...

Or, go to the following site:

Wait for the page to load.

(if the newsgroup list doesn't load,
left click your Refresh button)

Scroll down the list in the left pane to:

"publisher"
"publisher.prepress"
"publisher.programming"
"publisher.webdesign"

rules, but I will start from scratch on the printing. I
have sixteen pages with photographs and want to print it
on my printer at home, not go to a copier. Thanks so much
for your suggestions. I will let you know how I come out.
