Printing Custom Envelope Size (invitation size)

Printing Custom Envelope Size (invitation size): Posted by default on July 23rd, 2005; Hi:
How does one set home publishing 2000 for envelope sizes other than the
standard ones listed? We are using invitation size envelopes and they are
about 4 3/8" by about 5 7/8".
