After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer
Dave <sabadod3@comcast.net> asked:

| I had my daughter-in-law's Office XP Standard for
| Students & Teachers installed on our machine. She
| finished school and I have completely formated the
| machine and reinstalled the software - including redoing
| our home network.
|
| When I run the software I get the message
| that "...records show this software is installed on
| another computer..." There are no directions to follow to
| resolve the issue and it will eventually go to the
| reduced function level.
|
| I have her original software on the same machine it was
| installed on originally - just "overhauled", how do I
| correct this situation?
|
| Thanks,
