Since installing Windows XP Home Edition, I can't use my
Snapshot collection that I have always used with Windows
98. Any suggestions? I can enter the program, but it
doesn't respond. I asked Sierra about it, and the
message said that others have the problem, but no fixes.

I have no information about Sierra products
but maybe you could run the program in
Compatibility Mode. The following KB article
explains how to do it.
